I can be somewhat of a skeptic. Having participated in high intensity interval training (HIIT) group exercise classes, I was excited to find a workout that seemed to incorporate similar exercises, in a lower amount of time, in my home, and on my time. After my first trial with the program, I can say it delivered more than expected! I was sweating within minutes of starting the exercise and my body has been feeling the effects of the exercise for two days now. Thank you for taking the time to create such a powerful workout and making it available for everyone outside of a gym.

I love efficiency! If I can burn maximum calories and build my muscles at the same time, I'm all in! Intervals make the best use of limited workout time and this format will definitely grow with me (and my clients) as we progress.
